Trafalgar Chronicle

The Trafalgar Chronicle is the naval history research journal of The 1805 Club. It is published yearly (in October) by Seaforth Publishing and distributed by Pen and Sword in the UK and Casemate in the US. The Trafalgar Chronicle is a prime source of information as well as the publication of choice for new research about the Georgian Navy, sometimes also loosely referred to as ‘Nelson’s Navy’, though its scope includes all the sailing navies of the period from 1714 to 1837.

The journal is rich in illustrations, with contributions from leading historians across the globe. Each issue contains articles on a central theme, as well as biographic sketches of influential personalities and topics of general interest to include ships, battles, science and technology, and social and cultural issues of the era.  1805 Club members receive a free copy with their membership and can purchase additional issues at a discount.
